Every year the club holds open tryouts for all age groups in order to identify additional talent to augment existing team rosters. The Director of Coaching and designated coaching staff evaluate and rank players. This process takes place over two separate days of tryouts. It is in the best interest of the player to attend all tryout dates. However, if a player is unable to attend any of the established dates for whatever reason, they need to notify the Director of Coaching (Ben Graham doc@fusionsc.org) so that other evaluation arrangements can be made.

All of the players will receive an automated email with team placement invitation followed by a phone call within seven days of the final tryout date. The club will form anywhere from one to three teams per age group depending upon the quality and number of players available at the time. Any player that does not make a competitive team in Division 1 or Division 3 will be recommended to play in the Recreational or Recreational Plus Program.
